WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
The delivery at mmoic.com is always instant.

Please contact us if:
- the delivery is delayed
- you did not receive an order confirmation

Possible reasons why delivery delays may occur with keys:
- the email containing the key ends up in your spam folder
- your email provider blocks our email all together

Should there be a delivery delay on our part, we kindly ask you to excuse the inconvenience.


ORDER STATUS: "COMPLETED", BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING?
- Please make sure that you have checked the email you filled to order.
- Please check your spam folder as well to ensure that the email did not accidently end up there.
- Please check your register account at mmoic.com as well and view your account history.


I RECENTLY PAID, BUT THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET. WHY?
There are several possible reasons why your order has not yet been mediated:
1, The payment has not arrived yet (for example bank transfers)
In case of bank transfer it can take between 2 and 4 days until we received the payment.
2, The payment has not been completed (PayPal payments - Status: \"pending\").
In rare cases delays occur with PayPal payments. The payment is left with the status \"pending\" althought the money has been debited from your bank account. In this case PayPal needs to check the payment first for their own security reasons.
3, We received your payment, you are still within the specified delivery time.
We always mediate after the receipt of the payment within the specified delivery times and to the terms and conditions that are mentioned in the item description.
